Mold racks are a type of shelving system primarily used for storing various molds.  They are classified into light-duty and heavy-duty mold racks based on their load-bearing capacity. A mobile lifting trolley can be installed on top of the rack for convenient lifting and handling of molds. Four common surface treatment options for mold racks are: painting, powder coating, hot-dip galvanizing, and cold galvanizing. Hot-dip galvanizing is currently the most effective anti-corrosion method, but it is also the most expensive, making it unaffordable for most consumers; painting and powder coating are the most widely used options.
